The metal sheet rack vertical is ideal for a compact storage of all your metal sheeting and rest pieces. Every drawer can be pulled out directly and gives you direct access to your desired metal plates. The considerable amount of time gained when storing or extracting your metal sheet material will significantly reduce your costs.

This metal sheet rack also draws much of its poularity from the fact that it provides our customers with a clean and efficient storage solution for their surplus material. The odd shapes of the sheet metal remnants are no issue in this compact sheet rack. This vertical storage solution allows all cuttings to be stacked away in an orderly fashion, contributing greatly to keeping your workshop tidy and well-organized.

This vertical sheet storage rack can fit metal plates of up to 144 inches in length. The loading capacity of the roll-out drawers depends on the model: each drawer of the light sheet rack can be loaded with between 550 lbs and 750 lbs of metal sheeting, while the heavy model gives you 1.0 US ton per drawer. For even heavier metal plate storage there is a version with 2.0 US ton drawers available too.

It’s a very compact system: depending on the model, 20 drawers on wheels will only take up around 8ft3 in width!

This vertical storage system for metal sheets and residual material guarantees direct access to every drawer and subsequently every metal sheet. The drawers, equipped with wheels, can completely be pulled out of the rack. As soon as you open the desired drawer, you gain access to your desired metal sheet. Both the original complete metal sheets and the irregular metal sheet remnants can be stored compactly and in an orderly manner for a clear overview of all your metal rest pieces.
