The metal sheet warehouse rack consists of a combination of a horizontal metal sheet rack horizontal (lower block) and a metal sheet forklift rack (upper block). The lower block contains drawers which can be pulled out 100%. In the upper block, the sheets are placed in cassettes, which can safely be transported with the forklift. With this combination, you obtain an efficient storage system with a high capacity to store metal sheets on a very small surface.

The horizontal metal sheet rack consists of roll-out drawers on wheels which can be extended completely outside the rack. Every drawer, and thus every metal sheet, becomes fully accessible for transport to the cutting or punching machine. With this rack, your metal sheeting, aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel sheets are always withing reach of your (jib)crane, overhead bridge crane, vacuum lifter, or other, and can be handled with great ease. This means loading and unloading in the most secure manner.

The metal sheet forklift rack consists of a number of cassettes onto which your metal sheeting is to be loaded and unloaded, which can then be retrieved with the forklift truck. The forklift lifts the cassettes into or out of the rack, using the designated slots in the cassettes. These slots make sure the forks of the forklift cannot touch your metal sheets, thereby preventing any handling damage to them.

Combined, these two storage solutions offer your business an impressive storage capacity while only taking up limited workshop surface. With the handling convenience provided by the roll-out drawers of the bottom block added to this, the whole metal sheet warehouse rack is ideal when both space- and time-saving are key.
